Grand America Bread PuddingIngredients:
1 cup whole eggs, whisked
½ lb granulated sugar
1cinnamon stick
3 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract
12 oz - 16 oz croissants, danishes,
brioche, or other soft breadMETHOD:Whisk the eggs very well. Heat thecream with the sugar, cinnamon stickand vanilla extract. Heat until hot, butnot simmering. Add the eggs, whiskand strain. Break up the bread into smallpieces. Pour the custard over the bread,mix very well, and let the bread Soak the custard for a little bit. Put in abaking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 400ºFin bain - maire.
