Dr. Bill Sears' Trail Mix Recipe
• Almonds
• Peanuts
• Walnuts
• Pistachios
• Turmeric, which can help lower cholesterol, reduce arthritis and may help prevent Alzheimer's disease
• Combine in a bowl and enjoy!

Anti-Aging Popsicle Recipe
• 100 percent cherry juice
• 100 percent pomegranate juice
• 100 percent carrot juice
• Combine the juices, pour into a popsicle mold and freeze
