Protein Chocolate Pudding

I found this recipe on the internet someone needed something to crave her chocolate cravings while at work. Sounded good to me:

I kind of made this up myself, from recipes I found on the Internet, so you can tweak it yourself too.

Protein Chocolate Pudding
4 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use the optimum nutrition natural brand)
1 box sugar-free fat-free JELLO chocolate pudding mix
2 tsp. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder (if you REALLY want extra chocolate)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup water
Mix together with a whisk and let it set in the fringe!
Ta-da!

Makes 4 servings

so I just always pour it into 4 individual cups right away. You probably could pour it into individual Tupperware cups or something to take to work, as long as you have a fridge at work.
Cals: 187 per serving
fat: 2 g
sat: 0chl: 31
sodium: 396
(only thing it is a little high in....)carbs: 16
fiber: 1
sug: 6
PROTEIN: 27
However, I did just make this the other day and I think I wrote it down wrong because it never did "set". It was more like a liquid. But even so, it was so tasty and WOWZA does it ever satisfy the chocolate tooth.
So probably just don't put as much water in, maybe only a 1/2 cup or less. I haven't had the chance to try it again and see what I wrote down wrong. Sometimes I'll throw in some nuts like pecans for some good fat or if I need to binge, I'll put on a dollop of fat-free Cool Whip. Just a tasty little indulgence..... but a great protein source
