1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 chopped apple (pear)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup berries (or oranges, grapefruite, peach, raisins, papaya, dates, figs, or prunes)
2 Tbls wheat germ
1 Tbls sunflower seeds
1 Tbls chopped walnuts
Mix all together & eat,
