12/2011 The Healing Powers of Honey:
I just received the book The healing Powers of Honey from the author.
From what I have seen already it is easy to read & it also includes recipes. I am very excited to read more of all the benefits of honey.

Palm Leaf Plates:
The plates I sampled were very sturdy much better then the flimsy paper plates. I would love to be able to reuse these I will try as the website says some have tried:
"The palm leaf plates aren’t really designed to be reused, as they will deteriorate over time. However, they are tough enough that we have had several customers tell us they’ve washed them and reused them a couple times with no problems.
I would definitely recommend a relatively quick but thorough scrub rather than soaking, as leaving them in water for a long time will eventually soften them." from the website.
I finally used one of these fun plates I took a treat to family as I haven't heard any comments back about them it was nice to carrier the plate and not have to worry the treats would fall off of a flimsy plate. LOVE THEM!
