Tip: Substitute egg whites for eggs = Save 50 Calories
Tip: 1 Tablespoon of flaxseed + 3 Tablespoons of water = 1 egg = save 40 calories & boot your omega 3
Tip: cottage cheese with lemon juice can replace sour cream = save 325 calories
Tip: chilled soups skim the fat before serving = save 100 calories (I wish I had know that yesterday)
